Music Bucks and Frozen Food Sale!
2018 FALL FROZEN FOOD SALE:
There is a parent and student meeting at 6:00pm on Wednesday, Sept. 19th, in the CHS Auditorium.
Please plan to be at the meeting if you are a parent of a student going on the 2021 Music Trip.
Order forms for the Fall Frozen Food Fundraiser will be distributed at the Sept. 19th meeting.
Order forms should be turned in to the ladies collecting them before school in the CHS commons
on Monday, Oct. 8th, or Tuesday, Oct. 9th.
Order forms and money should be placed in an envelope clearly marked with the student's name on it.
(Please note that late order forms will be denied due to the company
needing the time to guarantee product delivery.)
All Checks should be made out to CMT/PO with the student's name written on the memo line.

Please be at the school by 7:00 a.m. to help with the unloading of the truck.
(Students arriving late will be charged a packing fee.)

MUSIC BUCKS can be ordered at the same time as the frozen food.
The 2019 Music Buck will be uploaded on the Music Buck tab.
Music bucks are an excellent way to raise funds for the trip!
The cost is $10.00 and you receive $8.00 for every music buck you sell!
Music Bucks continue to be available throughout the year.
PAYMENT BOOK OPTION:
Parents have found the payment book option a helpful way to budget for the music trip. If you are interested in receiving a payment book please notify the CMT/PO treasurer, Renee Tate, <firstname.lastname@example.org> and she will get a book to you.
